Sara B. Short

Sara Short serves as the Executive Director of the WV Board of Professional Surveyors, where she oversees the Board's office operations and supports the agency's mission to uphold professional standards across the state.  Before joining the Board in October 2025, Sara worked with another WV state licensing agency, gaining valuable experience in public administration and regulatory processes.  

Outside of the office, Sara enjoys traveling and spending quality time with family and friends.
